Accommodation booking terms and conditions
ABTA acts as agent for the Savoy Palace when taking your booking for Travel Convention accommodation. The general accommodation terms and conditions of the Savoy Palace apply however, please note that, should you need to change your accommodation booking, there are separate cancellation and amendment conditions for convention delegates.

If you wish to amend your accommodation booking, please email your request to moreinfo@thetravelconvention.com
If we can make the change, you will need to pay the administration fee shown below plus any charges from the accommodation provider applicable at the time.
Changes requested on or before 31 July 2026 | No charge |
Changes requested on or after 1 August 2026 | £50.00 per change |
Amendment fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Cancel your booking
Accommodation booking cancellations received on or prior to 31 July 2026 will be subject a 75% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received on or after 1 August 2026 will be non-refundable.
